Leading in general practice during the pandemic
The impacts of COVID-19 and competing pressures on business are changing the landscape of running general practice.
In May and June, we asked for general practice feedback on the business supports they need to help run their businesses.
As a starting point, we have developed a range of videos and supporting notes to provide guidance on general practice business needs.
The videos include:
- Leading During the Crisis
- The Essence of a Business Plan/Strategy
- Understanding Your Market/Demographics
- Managing Cash Flow and Economic Performance
- Patient Communication
To access the training, view the video series below.
Download the supporting notes (.pdf) to use alongside your education.
Please note: you should download and save the document to your desktop before typing in your comments. If you download the document after inserting your notes, the notes will not be saved.
