General practice staff, you're invited!

October 30, 2022

Come with your whole team for a relaxed night of networking, light dinner and self-care techniques from our special guest speaker. It’s been another long year full of challenges, so this is SEMPHN’s way of saying thank you!

General practice staff including general practitioners, practice managers, practice nurses and reception staff are all invited to our special end-of-year face-to-face event.

The Importance of Self-care and Preventing Burnout

Are you prioritising your own needs in your workday? The ever-increasing and evolving demands for services, heavy workloads, and multiple requests from patients can create an environment for staff burnout.

While some stressors are unavoidable, prolonged exposure can cause detachment, pessimism, and a loss of enjoyment. Join us to explore the physical, behavioural and emotional barriers that lead to burnout, as well as methods to mitigate workplace stressors.

Additionally, we're also offering free headshots on the evening by a professional photographer. No bookings needed for the photographer, it's first in, best dressed!

Book your spot!

Attendance to the event is free, but registration is essential. Book your spot here.

Note: registrations will close on Wednesday 16 November at 3 pm (2 weeks before the event).
