Who can use Practice Coaching?

• General practitioners
• Practice nurses
• Practice managers
• Practice administration

Our new learning management system (LMS) has been in place since Dec 2023.

The Practice Coaching platform can be found here: www.practicecoaching.com.au 

Users can now easily access an improved personal learning journey, including tracking their progress on the ‘My Learning’ dashboard. Training histories are available to download to provide proof of continuing professional development (CPD). 

** Please note: Supervisors/Managers can no longer set up and monitor staff practice accounts. 

We can no longer manually change your passwords. Please use the ‘Forgot Password” option. Your email is your now your USERNAME.

The reset password email will come from no-reply@practicecoaching.com.au - please add this to your contacts or check your junk emails to retrieve. 

All new users will require an individual/personal username and/or password to access and monitor their own learning journey on the platform.

Shared inbox accounts are discouraged e.g. nurse@.... manager@, reception@... due to privacy and long-term access issues.

We suggest making a new account in your personal name especially if you have not accessed the site since we relaunched.

 Existing users with shared inbox emails can request to update their email address here- once we verify you as the user.



Our Practice coaching team is available at practicecoaching@semphn.org.au Monday to Thursday via email for assistance and will respond within 2 business days.
