Receptionist Position in busy medical practice. Ability to multi task and have sound customer service skills. <br><br>To organise appointments, maintain records and perform administrative and other tasks in order to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Practice and provide an exceptional standard of service and care to our patients. All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the practices policies and procedures, vision and values.<br>
· Minimum of one year’s experience in medical receptionist/secretarial or <br>customer service position. <br>· Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. <br>· Basic knowledge of MS word and excel.<br>· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. <br>· Ability to prioritise, organise and multitask.<br>· Strong organisational skills<br>· Ability to manage many stakeholder requirements.<br>· Good general maths skills.<br>· Clear, concise and effective communication skills.<br>
· Knowledge of Best Practice clinical software.<br>· CPR / triage training and/or experience.<br>· Completion of an accredited medical receptionist course/ knowledge of medical terminology.<br>

The clinic is an RACGP accredited general practice, teaching institution and university affiliated.<br><br>The clinic is fully equipped with procedure and treatment rooms, on site pathology, onsite parking and a friendly family environment.
