December 2, 2024

We are pleased to announce the appointment of three new Board members to South Eastern Melbourne PHN (SEMPHN).

These new members bring invaluable expertise and experience, joining our six existing members to help address the healthcare needs of communities across south east Melbourne.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to retiring Board members Alison Roberts, Dr Michael Cross and Micaela Drieberg  whose contributions have significantly helped shape our organisation and impacted the health landscape of our community.

Welcome to our new Board Members

Cris has also previously been a member SEMPHN’s Clinical and Community Council (CCC).

Kirstan Corben - Kirstan is well known for her corporate governance and executive leadership across the health, community and sport sectors within Victoria. She holds the position of Board Chair with Better Health Network, a leading community health service in Melbourne.

The Board plays a pivotal role in driving SEMPHN’s 2023-2028 Strategic Plan: Path to Impact. Chaired by Sue Renkin, the board’s collective guidance and professional insights are crucial to delivering high-quality, measurable, and equitable health outcomes to our region.

We look forward to the perspectives our new members will bring as we work towards creating a more equitable and person-centred health system, helping the people of south east Melbourne live their healthiest lives.
